He will be responsible for all business development activities in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska. David comes from FSC Health, Incorporate and has 30 years healthcare experience. He will be based out of Fresno, California. Robin McKenna has joined Titan as Director of Planning and Development. Her responsibilities include overseeing new center facility development and planning. Robin has more than 25 years healthcare experience including licensure, certification and accreditation. She will be based out of Reston, Virginia.
