Titan Acquires Large Pittsburgh Surgery Center

Titan Health Corporation is pleased to announce the completed acquisition of Southwestern Ambulatory Surgery Center (SWASC) in Pittsburgh. Opened in 1986, SWASC was Pennsylvania’s first outpatient ASC. The center is more than 15,000 square feet and contains four operating rooms, three procedure rooms and pre- and post-operative recovery space. Titan began managing the center on July 2nd.

SWASC currently features more than 20 physician partners in more than ten specialties including anesthesiology, podiatry, ENT, orthopedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, dentistry and plastics. Southwestern is Titan’s second ASC partnership in Pittsburgh.
