For Immediate Release Connecticut Surgery Center Passes Licensing Survey and Prepares to Open May, 2007 | Sacramento, CA The final touches are being added to North Haven Pain Medicine Center, a 7,500 square foot outpatient ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located in North Haven, CT. The center will be located at 52 Washington Avenue, Suite 1 and feature two operating/procedure rooms, pre- and post-op recovery space and state-of-the-art equipment. The center passed its licensing survey on May 15th and is scheduled to perform its first case on May 18th. North Haven represents a partnership between Dr. Mark Thimineur, M.D. and Titan Health Corporation, a nationwide surgery center development, acquisition and management company. Titan Health began working with Dr. Thiminuer in 2005, helping to win a Certificate of Need (CON) for the center. Once awarded, the company began overseeing the center’s development and will manage the ASC’s day-to-day operations on an ongoing basis once the center has opened.
