U.S. Renal Care, Inc. Announces Appointment of General Counsel

Dallas, Texas - U.S. Renal Care, Inc., a leading provider of outpatient kidney dialysis services, today announced that Thomas L. Weinberg has joined U.S. Renal Care as vice president and general counsel. Weinberg will oversee U.S. Renal Care's legal operations and relationships.

Prior to joining U.S. Renal Care, Weinberg served as vice president, public policy, of DaVita Inc. in Washington, D.C., and as assistant general counsel for DaVita in Tacoma, Washington. From 1990 to 1998, he practiced at the law firms of Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, PS, and Foster Pepper & Shefelman, PLLC in Seattle. Weinberg completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School in 2004, and received his bachelors and law degree from the University of Washington in 1987 and 1990.
