U.S. Renal Care Inc. Collaborates with Baylor College of Medicine to Develop Dialysis Centers in Texas

DALLAS, TEXAS — U.S. Renal Care Inc., (USRC) a leading provider of outpatient kidney dialysis services, today announced a strategic collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine in Houston to acquire and form new dialysis centers throughout the Houston and southeast Texas area.

“ Our focus is to treat patients with the latest advances resulting in excellent patient outcomes,” said William Mitch, M.D., director of the Division of Nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine. “In short, we aim to exceed best demonstrated practices. The relationship with U.S. Renal Care will allow us to further our mission and provide convenient, quality care to more patients.”

The first clinic cosponsored by U.S. Renal Care and Baylor College of Medicine will open in the Houston area during the third quarter of 2007.
