CCP led the financing, which also included return investors HLM Venture Partners and Salix Ventures. Total investment in the company, including the Series B, is $16.25 million. Based in Newton, MA, Prism is a post-secondary, career education company providing facility-based education and training programs for careers in allied health and business. Founded in 2004, Prism currently operates four schools, including one recently acquired with funds provided by this investment. This financing will also support further growth of the existing schools and development of new campuses.
