For Immediate Release Ace Hodgin, M.D., Joins Elder Health Ace Hodgin, M.D., joined Bravo by Elder Health this month in the new position of executive vice president and chief medical officer (CMO). Dr. Hodgin will report directly to CEO Jeff Folick and will be responsible for all network management and medical management functions on an enterprise-wide basis. Jason Feuerman, executive vice president of healthcare delivery, and David Yalowitz, M.D., vice president and senior medical director, will report directly to Dr. Hodgin. Dr. Hodgin joins us most recently from WellCare Health Plans Inc. where he also served in the position of corporate CMO and head of network management. Prior to WellCare, Ace was CMO of Health Partners, a physician management company in New York; and prior to that he served as president of PacifiCare of Arizona. “I worked directly with Ace for almost three years during his tenure at PacifiCare,” said Jeff. “Based on my personal experience with Ace, I am very optimistic about the contributions he will make in helping us continue to create competitive advantage in healthcare delivery management.” Dr. Hodgin will be working closely with Jason, Dr. Yalowitz, the executive directors in each of our markets, and all of our network management and clinical management leadership to continue to position Bravo by Elder Health as a leader in managing healthcare for people with Medicare.
