Ancillary Care Management Signs Contract with California-Based Managed Care Organization
LOS ANGELES (October 28, 2005) - Ancillary Care Management, Inc. (ACM) is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with one of California's largest managed care organizations. Under this arrangement, ACM's Web-based claims management system for home infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy network providers will be deployed by the plan effective in the fourth quarter 2005.
Use of ACM services will allow this California-based plan to link its provider network on a Web-based platform for more efficient electronic communications, particularly to facilitate electronic claims processing for home infusion therapy and specialty pharmaceutical providers. Data exchange between providers and the plan will occur via ACM's HIPAA-compliant suite of tools on www.ACMcentral.com. Specifically, ACM's services enable this California health plan to:

• Dramatically increase electronic claims processing
• Allow providers to check claims status online at ACM's web portal
