ACM Adds Top Industry Executive to its Leadership Team

Minneapolis, MN (June 25, 2008) - ACM today announced the selection of healthcare industry veteran Mary P. Bryngelson as the company's new Executive Vice President of Business Development. An experienced leader
in product development, operations, and client service management, Ms. Bryngelson will focus on strategically linking the essential components of ACM's infrastructure-including technology, call center operations, compliance, and administration-to support corporate growth, business goals, and client needs.

Ms. Bryngelson previously headed up the Minnesota Business Unit of American Healthways, Inc. as Regional Vice President Operations, and also has held various executive positions at Prime Therapeutics, ican Inc., and UnitedHealth Group. A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a bachelor of science in Mathematics and a M.Ed., she also holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University in Higher Education Administration and a minor in Business.

Reporting directly to CEO David J. McLean, Ms. Bryngelson joined ACM on June 16, 2008.
