(December 18, 2003) – Irvine-based AccentCare Inc. has announced the purchase of Evercare At Home, Inc. from Evercare, a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealthGroup. This acquisition represents a major expansion of home health care services across Arizona. While AccentCare and Evercare at Home primarily provide non-medical care to senior citizens living at home, the company also has a skilled nursing component.
