This transaction allows for continuity of patient care.” The acquisition was effective June 1, 2002. Just Right will adopt the AccentCare name and the combined organization will be headquartered in Irvine. With a larger number of Caregivers on staff, the combined company expects to have greater flexibility in meeting the needs of its clients.
