("LTACs"). An LTAC is an acute care hospital that specializes in the treatment of patients with medically
complex conditions who require intensive care and management over several weeks. SemperCare co-locates its facilities
with top-tier hospitals throughout the U.S. and is reimbursed separately by Medicare and private payors in recognition
of the intensive care required by these patients. Bob Lefton is the President and CEO of the company. David Ward
serves on the board of SemperCare. |
